Bdbage may verify your identity before processing large withdrawals or in any situation deemed suspicious. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
Bdbage supports deposits via multiple mobile banking methods, including Nagad, bKash, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.
Payments from third parties are not accepted. Deposits must come from a payment method owned by the account holder.
A minimum balance of ৳200 is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. During peak hours, processing may take up to 24 hours.

Once a bet is accepted, the stake is deducted from your account balance. Bets cannot be cancelled after they are placed — the only exception is in the case of a technical error.
The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. Any subsequent odds changes do not affect previously confirmed bets.
If a bet is interrupted due to a network disconnection or technical issue, bdbage will investigate and determine the outcome. Server logs and game data will serve as the definitive record.
Each bet or event has a maximum payout limit. Any winnings that exceed this limit are not required to be paid out. You can find the full details of this limit in your account settings.
Bdbage bonuses are not credited automatically — in most cases, you need to activate them before making a deposit or through the promotions page. Once claimed, bonuses cannot be reversed.
Every bonus comes with a Wagering Requirement — typically calculated by multiplying the total of the deposit and bonus by a set multiplier. For example, a 10x requirement on a ৳500 bonus means ৳5,000 in bets must be placed.
Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using a different identity to claim bonuses, or attempting to profit by exploiting the bonus system will be treated as fraud. In such cases, the bonuses and any associated winnings will be voided.
